You know, when you stop posting, people stop coming. Not that they dont stop coming anyway. Well i mean, SOME people stop coming altogether without any warning or reason or foresight or ANYTHING, and if they have a blog, then they stop posting and you know, once they stop leaving comments, then its almost not worth anything to blog anymore. cuz you don’t know if anyone is reading. and then you get this crap junk comments that you have to delete, like “car insurance” and “Free poker” and “online casino.”

what kind of life is that?

but it’s okay, because some people still come, even though they havent left comments…*cough*pi*cough*

well then. uh. i mean, um, you know…

jahh!!!!!!! blogging is a frusturating profession, you know that? you’ve got to think of something to say while keeping the reader’s attention and putting it into words and keeping it worthwhile and convincing and texting and making dragons and eating kiwis and maybe sometimes even eating pie!!! can you imagine?! AND, if you are a writer like me and you have to write in dialect, pretty soon you start blogging or talking in that dialect! remember how i said ‘you know that?’ well the other day i left a comment on pi’s blog that said “you’d best do this!!!” pretty soon I’m going to start saying, “you’re a right fool!” and people are going to look at me funny! :(

anyway.

people with blogs, POST AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE!!! you will lose people’s interest! I KNOW! I have experienced it both ways! this means you out there! Yeah, you with the ice cream! *cough*pi*cough* no i’m not implying anything… :P

Nobody Comes Here!!!

Seriously!!! I NEED MORE READERS!!!

Pi’s story inspired me to write one of my own. Here ya go…

CHAPTER ONE

Liza sat back and admired her handiwork. Two newly finished clay sculptures sat in front of her. The small dragons stood silently, the glaze still drying. One was black with yellow legs, the other mostly blue with white speckles towards the front. Gently, she picked the two dragons up and set them on a shelf with several other clay dragons, bringing her collection up to eighteen. then she flicked off the light, walked out, and closed the door behind her.

There was a small cough. Someone grumbled, “I thought she would never leave,” which presently led to a loud argument with another voice about whether or not Liza would ever leave. “Hush,” someone yelled, and a small red something launched itself into the air. It fluttered over to the two new dragons and said sharply, “Wake up.” The two dragons, as if given life by the voice, started and shook themselves. Then they looked up to see a small red dragon standing in front of them. The dragon cocked its head and stared at them.

“Well? What are your names?” The two dragons only looked at her quizzically. The little dragon sighed impatiently. “You’ve got names, right? Right. If you don’t, make one up, and that’s what we’ll call you. For example, my name is Ferinse but everybody calls me Fice.”

One of the dragons said determinedly, “Well then, my name is- Beauom.” Fice nodded, satisfied, then turned to the black and yellow one. “Malveillant,” he said shortly. “Say, doesn’t that mean ‘evil’ in French?” called one other dragon. Malveillant thought for a moment, then nodded. One by one, the dragons then introduced themselves. Beauom tried to keep track of the names: Gerido, Jurin, Fiir, Terreo, Rhydin, Hilare, Reussi, Vanche, Martiale, Nomre, Jaqo, Finic, Quel, Zezayer, Xeres. And, of course, there was Fice.  Malveillant didn’t seem to be paying attention, but looks can be deceiving. He was paying attention, very close attention, in fact. He was figuring the secret meaning of each name, figuring out which ones he could con into helping him get out of this miserable place, get outside. if he could reach earth,  or even just touch something of the earth, He could be restored. Back to his size, his authority.

He would have his power.

PK News

Hello again, folks! I’m here reporting not-so-live from Grandma’s house with my cousin, Pi! (by the way, it is pronounced ‘pie,’ not ‘pee.’(Ki is pronounced ‘kee,’ not ‘kie.’)) We have a special guest star who is coming to my and Pi’s blogs soon. His name is….(drum roll, please)…….DEVIL BUG!!! Devil Bug will be coming first to Pi’s blog then to mine. I sadly regret this fact, though it must be, for Pi owns Devil Bug.

On to more reports. Pi is holding her little sister The Baby and was very recently watching Grandpa open an unknown object. The Baby is now over by the kitchen table chasing a car. And no, The Baby is not a dog. The car is a toy car.

Pi is still in her computer chair next to me, staring transfixed at the electric slideshow screen. Oops, she got up and put her gameboy somewhere.

This is the end of today’s PK News report, people! Return same time someday in the next two weeks or less! We are over and out, people!

Yup.

Good evening, people! (how ironic.) It’s nice to speak to y’all. This is Ki’s sister, by the way. I like to go by Wi. (Not in actuality. My name is Bob Frankenstein and my favorite food is cheese souffle. (actually it’s pizza. (actually it’s peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. (actually it’s eggnog. (actually it’s macaroni and cheese. (actually, it’s spaghetti with alfredo sauce. (that time i was telling the truth.))))))) Por favor, don’t tell Ki that i’m writing this. it’s a secret. do you want to know what happened today in Ki’s life? I will give you an update. First, Ki woke up 10 minutes before we had to go to church. Then, Ki went to church. Then, Ki came home. Then, Ki ate tacos. Then, Ki “did homework.” Then, Ki played Uno Attack. Then, Ki played Sorry. Then, Ki fought over the dog. Then, Ki went outside with the dog. Then, Ki came inside. Now Ki is laying on the couch.

How boring.

Since Ki’s life today is sooo boring, I shall tell you about my, Bob Frankenstein’s, life today. First, Bob Frankenstein woke up 10 minutes before we had to go to church. Then, Bob Frankenstein went to church. Then, Bob Frankenstein came home. Then, Bob Frankenstein ate tacos. Then, Bob Frankenstein “did homework.” Then, Bob Frankenstein played Uno Attack. Then, Bob Frankenstein played Sorry. Then, Bob Frankenstein fought over the dog. Then, Bob Frankenstein went outside with the dog. Then, Bob Frankenstein came inside. Now Bob Frankenstein is laying on the couch.

Now that’s excitement.

Would you like to see a picture of me? Well I would, so here you go.

pppppps. a long time ago.

Okay, so yesterday I told you that I’d probably have pictures of my dragons. Well, I lied. Kind of. I started to get the pictures but they got messed up, so I had to quit until tomorrow.  Anyway, I still have some good things to say.

So, I did go shopping, and now you shall find out what I bought! I bought thirty new colors of clay (!) and fourteen clayworking tools. :D Ha, Pi! Take that! (She thought I had a pitiful collection of colors when I visited.)

I bought ten kiwis today! Figures. After all, my name is Ki. Hey! I just decided that I will stick toothpicks in them and they’ll be kiwi people!

Anyway it’s getting late and I have to sleep. :( so there will be pix tomorrow!

Just Another Boring Day

January 4, 2008 at 4:38 am | Posted in bugs, kiwi, news, noises, people, procrastination, random things, reading, testing | Leave a comment

It really was a boring day today. I did nothing, I read nothing, and I found nothing out except that I have to take CRTs next Tuesday. Bleh. Oh dear. I just noticed that in the upper right- hand corner of this screen it says, ‘Howdy, dragonstars.’ That’s kind of dumb. No offense, wordpress dudes.

Anyway, I actually finished EVERYTHING today. EVERYTHING!!! I, the great procrastinator Ki (as in kiwi person, ya know) actually finished all my practicing, jobs, homework, etc. Yay!

Oh poo. I have to go again. Well, I shall see you tomorrow, or today, depending on when you read this post. So TTYL!
